Refund policy
At AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers, we are committed to supplying quality products and excellent customer service. This policy operates in conjunction with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
No Change of Mind Returns
AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose your products carefully before completing your purchase. If you are unsure which product is suitable for your application, our team is happy to assist before you place your order. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty;
- Damaged during transit;
- Incorrectly supplied; or
- Not as described,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Where possible, please provide:
- Your order number;
- Photographs of the product and packaging; and
- A description of the issue.
We will assess your claim and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement or refund. Where a product has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
Warranty Claims
Many products sold by AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing to determine whether the product has a manufacturing fault.
Warranty claims may be declined where the product failure has resulted from:
- Incorrect installation or setup;
- Physical damage, misuse or abuse;
- Modification or unauthorised repair; or
- Normal wear and tear.
Where testing confirms a valid warranty claim, AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers will repair, replace or refund the product as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Procedure
Before returning any product, please contact us to obtain return instructions. Please include:
- Your name;
- Order number;
- Contact details;
- A description of the issue; and
- Photographs where applicable.
Products returned without prior contact may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. If testing determines that the product is not faulty or the issue is not covered by warranty, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
