Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST are generally dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm, on weekends or public holidays, will generally be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout Australia. If you require delivery outside Australia, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available shipping options.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Parcel size and weight
- Shipping method selected
Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- Queensland Metro: 1–3 business days
- Regional Queensland: 2–5 business days
- Interstate Metro: 3–7 business days
- Regional & Remote Australia: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather events, transport delays or courier network conditions.
Large or Bulky Items
Some items (such as camping furniture or larger equipment) may require additional handling or freight. If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our Cairns and Townsville locations during normal trading hours. You will receive notification once your order is ready for collection. Please bring photo identification when collecting your order.
Delivery Authority
Unless otherwise requested, deliveries may require a signature on receipt. If you provide authority for the courier to leave your parcel unattended, AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage once the parcel has been delivered.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers is not responsible for delays or additional freight costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work with reputable transport providers, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. AAA FNQ Battery Wholesalers is not liable for delays caused by courier services, severe weather, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
